General Rules and Conditions.
You must carefully read and understand the current set of Rules and Conditions in order to register and use our services.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 By creating an account on the Server or using any of its functions You agree to the following Rules and Conditions (Rules - for short).
2.2 We reserve the right to change or add new Rules without any warnings. A newer version of the Rules becomes effective as soon as released if otherwise not stated. It is solely Your responsibility to check for updated Rules. If for any reason You can not agree to the Rules, then You must immediately leave the Server and delete all related software.
2.3 Only single Account per person allowed to register. And You accept any decision that we make identifying a user.
2.4 When registering an Account player gets a login and password. They are the key to player's personal Account. It is solely Player's responsibility to keep login and password safe and not to share it with anybody. We are not responsible for any consequences or damages related to personal Account access, if above mentioned Rules were not followed.
2.5 You agree that we may impose limits on using the Server and access to its services. You also agree that if your Account not been in use for a period of three months, it can not be restored, will be deleted and removed from our records.
2.6 There are specially assigned Server functions in order to retrieve lost or forgotten login / password that player may use. We do not give out passwords or any player's personal records.
2.7 You agree that your Account and all player's personal records are solely our property.
2.8 In case if the Rules been violated or we suspect that a player violated any part of it; we have an option to block the Account or correct any personal records. If such occurs, we are not responsible to issue any payments, refunds or any other type of compensation to anyone. Personal records of the blocked or banned Accounts can not be transferred to other players.
3. OUR RIGHTS
3.1 We reserve the following rights to use at our own disclosure:
3.3 In case, if there is an arguable situation arouse, the decision always made by the Server administration. It is always final and can not be undone.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 The game Server may be used only for entertaining purposes. You may buy our Game Currency (JM), but You are not allowed to convert it into real money, electronic funds or any other type of funds, money or currencies.
4.2 You agree and accept the fact that in some games the results of an outcome decided randomly by chances. Specifically, by a Random Number Generator integrated into the Server. You are totally agree to accept such game results, even if they appear not possible. In case if results on the Server and on the players side do not coincide, then the Server game results accepted as final. You also admit and accept the fact that we base our decision on all the records available, whether it is concerning game formats, rules, your personal participation or its results.
4.3 Players are not to abuse a game rating system that is purely based on statistics of personal wins and losses. Such behavior won't be tolerated.
4.4 Players are not allowed to use any software, hardware or any other help from the computer program to assist in game-playing process. Use of such programs (Bots) not allowed on the Server and it won't be tolerated.
4.5 You are not allowed to share game-related information during the game-playing process amongst others in order to gain advantage or alter game results; such as player's cards at the open game-tables. A single person can not use more than one game associated Account at the open game-table. It will be treated as illegal conspiracy. We are not responsible for consequences or losses caused by such behavior.
4.6 You agree that we or any financial institution of our choice (Payment Provider) that processes all payment transactions for us will handle any transfers necessary. You also agree that a Payment Provider reserves a right to withhold, postpone, delay or refuse to authorize any payments that are suspected of illegal or fraudulent type of activity.
4.7 It is solely your responsibility to make all necessary payments if such are desired, including any kind of fees, dues or taxes.
4.8 You agree not to use a foul or abusive language on our game Server. You also agree not to make any discriminatory or statements of nationalistic nature towards other players.
4.9 You totally admit and agree to the fact that the Server and all related software include some private information that is protected by International Privacy Laws and Acts. You are not allowed to copy, transfer or share this type of information; to sell, distribute or modify our software in any way unless we specifically authorize You to do so.
We offer our exclusive games and services to players only if they agree not to damage, disassemble or change the software or any of its portions; you are not to cooperate with someone who's willing to do so on purpose. You also agree that or software is protected by International and Local Laws and Treaties and not following this agreement may result in a severe criminal or civil penalties; all violators may be prosecuted to the maximum extend allowed by law.
4.10 You are not to damage our reputation in anyway.

- "We" ("our", "us" etc.) - JagPlay (brand-name) Game Server company administration, Smartcoder Ltd.
- You / player - the end user of software and services developed and produced by our Company.
- Server - combination of hardware, software and all internet sites that are related to JagPlay games and services.
- Account - user's activity records identified by nickname and password that consists of gaming and other personal information.
- Personal records - user's game related info of any kind, such as rating, statistics, VIP-status, virtual currency etc.
